Return Policy
You can return the product you have bought within seven (7) days from the date of delivery without destroying and using it, and you can exchange it within a period of fifteen (15) days. Returns / exchanges are not accepted for invoiced, unpackaged, unboxed and used products. (For returns, the shipping fee belongs to you.)
For a refund, you can send an e-mail to and create a return request.
When the products you have returned are delivered to us, the cargo officer will check whether the product is damaged and whether the return rules are complied with. If a situation contrary to the return conditions is detected, a report will be kept and no return will be accepted. If there is a suitable condition for the return, the return process is initiated.
When the return is approved, the product fee will be refunded to your credit card within the legal period of 10 business days. During this period, yashcrew.com will not deliver your returned product.
